Holiday Weekend Fun!
Yet another trip to the Zoo! We loved the duck.
Annabelle had to hold Jack very tight in order to get him to stop moving!
I love this picture.
Happy Jack!

Even happier Jack!!
A close up of my favorite picture! I love it!
We always take a picture on the turtle in the very smelly penguin area! Jack had a really cute turtle on his overalls. Dad busy checking out the eel while Jack poses for a picture!
An enjoyable day was had by all. We didn't anticipate it being as hot as it was, but we survived.

First Grade Here I come...Can I Bring My Brother?
Annabelle ready for her first day of 1st Grade, giving her little brother one last hug goodbye! She was very excited and ready to go, except for leaving Jack...
My beautiful children, Jack ready to jump off the step!

Annabelle grabs him just in time for one last squeeze!
I will miss the two of you lots during this school year. Annabelle you will be busy at school so you won't miss me as much as I will miss you. Jack don't grow to much while I am gone and save those firsts for when I am home. I have only been gone two weeks and he is already calling Dad Mama. I can't wait to hang with you both over winter break! Love: Mom
One Last BBQ.
We missed our cousins all summer long because they were lucky enough to spend the entire summer in Ireland. They finally arrived home on Thursday, so we had them over for a BBQ on Sunday evening. We had lots of fun and huge amounts of sugar, which was probably not a good idea considering Annabelle started school the next morning! Whoops! Silly fun with the swing and our giant soccer ball.
The Kelly kids fought over Jack. They were all amazed at how big he had gotten.

The children after lots of icecream, topped off with smores. So much fun!
Annabelle got a little too sticky!
Even Jack got to enjoy his first marshmellow. Yummy!
Jack and his cousin Kate.
The whole gang enjoying one last box of sparklers before bed time.

This time not on a school night!

Got Milk?
I am now offically drinking 100% organic milk, with some added vitamins. I love it!
My Mom also took my "Baby Bottle" away.
Well not totally! I enjoy a bottle right before bed time.

At Last!
Just wanted everyone that looks at our blog to know ...Baby Jack finally has two teeth. They were a long time coming. But they have finally arrived! I am so happy because I thought they would never come. Go figure... A Mother worrying because her child is not getting teeth! When every other Mother is wishing the teething stage to go away!

Just Like My Momma!
"Gated Community"
Who in this world would not want to live in a gated community???
Well ...
I guess my son!
He woke up this morning and discovered new gates...
He quickly got up and tried to open them!!!
Apparently the gated lifestyle is not the life for him!
This was his first time seeing the gates.
He didn't like them at all!
He went right to the lock and tried to remove it!
Mama's Boy
Jack has been waking up a little earlier for the past couple of days. He let out a shout at 6:05 a.m. this morning. I was not happy to be up so early. I marched into his room feeling not so happy. But then I saw his happy little face smile at me, and in that moment I decided to smile back, even though I felt like crying!
It is amazing what a cheery face can do, even for the people (like me) who are NOT morning people.
I have decided, if that's what I have to look forward to every morning, no matter how early, I am not doing too bad!!

Nine Months Old!
Well, here I am doing it again... I can't help it, I want everyone to see how cute my baby is! These are Jacks 9 month pictures. It was a quick visit, we were in and out in one hour. What a dream! However his latest thing to do is stick out his tongue. He does it all the time. Every time the photographer got him to smile he would immediately stick out his tongue. She was frustrated. I don't understand why? I told her that he does it all the time, and I don't mind him doing it for the pictures. After a while she got it. Oh my, I could eat him up!
We tried lots of poses. I knew he would want to stand up, however, he found it hard with shoes on his feet.
So we rolled with it!
We got lots of sitting poses!
Finally he got the hang of things. Pulled him self up and was so proud of himself.
My little man is getting so big. I am so proud of him. He has grown so much in the last 2 weeks. He is crawling like a pro. Climbing up the stairs, pulling himself up on the couch and moving along it.He has been saying Da Da for a long time but finally said Ma Ma yesterday for the first time. I thought when he said Da Da, he thought I(MOMMY) was Da Da, but now I realize he is smarter than that. Because today he spent 20 minutes crawling under my feet, while I made dinner, saying Ma Ma. He wanted to be picked up and continued to say it until I picked him up. I hope to get some video tomorrow!

Who Needs Toys?
Jack found his new favorite toy...the laundry basket! We think it is so funny, he just giggles when he is in it!
Sometimes his big sister takes him for a spin and he loves it.
Then he tries to be a jack in the box! Jumping up and then sitting back down over and over! Too much fun!!
The lesson learned is, he has soo many toys and he ignores them, but never gets tired of the laundry basket. Happy Days!
