Outside In November!

Time to put up Christmas decorations...
Sadly we had not put all of our Labor Day decorations away, whoops, Jack found a flag and wasn't letting go.
Baby Boy, it's too cold for flags!
Jack enjoyed walking around the house , which was new for him.
The last time he was outside he was on all fours.Jack and Bam had fun playing with rocks.
Jack tasted a few but decided to spit them out!

Annabelle found a rock that looked like our old dog Murry.
She decided to keep it and we later made it a statue.
It will be kept forever!
Brothers and sisters.

This is probably the last time we will be outside without snow on the ground.
LET IT SNOW!

Thanksgiving

I WILL NOT EAT TURKEY OR ANYTHING THAT GOES WITH IT!

Jack ate nothing...which is so unlike him!

After trying to get him to eat, time and time again, I gave in, and let him have a bottle!

He was so happy. He loovveess his bottles!

We tried to take a picture together as a family!!

Jack was way too worried about what he was going too eat to smile!

During dinner we snapped a picture of Annabelle and her cousins Mary Kate and Michelle.

What piggies they were!

Aunt Maureen with Mary Kate and Michelle, what a cute picture!

Michelle and Jack enjoying some cookies after dinner.

Dad and Jack right before Jack went to bed.
He was ready!

Three cousins.
Michelle, Annabelle and Mary Kate.

Aunt Maureen and Annabelle.
Annabelle thought she could fly and went with that pose for the rest of the night!

Bambelle and her Dad right before bed.

Happy Turkey Day to all!

Daisies at The Zoo

After our late night on Saturday we had to be up bright and early on Sunday morning.
We had a date with a Christmas Tree!
Annabelle's Daisy Troop were decorating a tree at Brookfield Zoo.
Annabelle had fun on the carousel before the event.
We also sat on the lion for a photo.
Annabelle and her friend Sara.

This is the plaque that was on front of our tree.

This is the decoration Annabelle made and hung very high on the tree.
Annabelle and Riley pose for a picture!

Annabelle and her troops.
Later we went to the Hamil Family Zoo where the girls got to paint their faces themselves.
I think Annabelle did a great job!

Our day was long, but we had a great time, even if it was a little cold, and we were tired from the night before.
Jack sat this one out too!

Lights Festival

Annabelle,Dad and Mom enjoyed The Lights Festival Down Town.
We decided that it was too cold for Jack, so he stayed at home.
He was cosy while we were cold.

It was fun, it was really cold, but we enjoyed the festival any way!

We loved the parade, especially seeing the Cheetah Girls.

The great big Christmas tree was beautiful!

HOW ABOUT A GOOD COLD ONE !?

Mommy was not feeling good, so Daddy brought her home a milk shake to help her throat.
Jack woke up while Daddy was on the way...
Mommy never saw the milkshake! He was not sharing with anybody!

We Heart Grandma!

We love when Grandma visits. It's nothing but a fun time.

Dancing in the morning! What a great way to start the day!

Walking on Sunshine!

It took a while for Jack to perfect the art of walking, however, eventually he got it!

Enjoy these short movies.

It's hard to get video or pictures lately because every time Jack see the camera he makes a be-line for it!

He has to have it and it's not pretty when he doesn't get it!

LOOK WHO'S ONE!

Happy Birthday Baby Boy!
We can't believe you are one.
It has been a wonderful year, with lots of great firsts and happy memories.
We love you!
Happy Birthday!Jack on the morning of his special day. This time last year he wasn't even born yet!
He was so happy to see Grandma come down the stairs and glad she is here from Ireland to help him celebrate his birthday.

All he could say was " YES, SCORE! "
He even tried to snap his fingers in delight!

Later that afternoon, after a couple of naps, he were ready to get the party started.
He looked so handsome in his docker's and his little sweater vest!

His birthday cake was so cute! Good enough to eat!

Mixed feelings about the hat!
After singing Happy Birthday Jack was ready to dig into the cake!
Once he got his hands on it he didn't want to let it go!
He cried when we took the cake away from him!
So we gave it back!
He loved the sugar.

He enjoyed squishing the frosting between his fingers.

Then it was onto presents...that was fun too.
A little bit overwhelming for Jack.

He enjoyed crawling over all his gifts, eating the wrapping paper, and staring his new big bear down.
Surrounded by gifts and people he was more content with the paper! Typical!

Jacks spirits were good, right to the very end!
This picture was taken right before bed time.
The exact time he was born one year ago to the day, hour & minute.

Just for laughs we tried on Grandmas' glasses.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY JACK.
